Bust of Caroline Lucas

I would like to do a papier mache bust of Caroline Lucas to keep on the windowsill so it can look out onto the street.

This is the photo I would like to use as a reference:

Things I need:

1. Newspapers - I think I might be able to pick up some free papers from the train station once the lockdown is over.
2. Wire - to make a mesh for the base.
3. Maybe one of those basic white masks - I think poundshop might have them.
4. Glue. Might consider using this recipe, in which case I need all
   the other stuff. Or might go for the rough school project look.

I'm putting this project here in case I ever get round to actually undertaking it. It's a very ambitious project for an unambitious person.
